Hi Im brother Lee Staton from the little town of Pinetops, NC. I'm 59 years old going on 30! Fell in love with music and singing long ago, then started writing songs as a hobby. Singing them in local churches and getting positive responses lead me to where I am today, releasing my first gospel CD.
The idea to create and publish a CD turned out to be one of the greatest challenges of my life. But I trusted in the Lord that it would be done. This project is special to me because it's totally me and Jesus. Anyone who's ever tried to put a group together knows its a difficult task to get good musicians and singers together. But God had put this desire in my heart so i knew I had to pursue it. I kept praying, Lord send me some help. Years went by and I kept praying the same prayer. Finally one night I was praying and felt like God was laughing at me. So i asked why are you laughing Lord? He said you send people to me for me to help them and then you ask Me to send you people to help you, why can't I help you? I said WOW! But I'm not a musician. He laughed again!
